There are many ways you can meet with me.

Zoom Online

I use Zoom to offer offer virtual options directly through my personal practice. I meet with couples all over New Zealand Aotearoa.

I send a Zoom link to your smartphone or device. The Zoom online platform provides easy opportunities for couples to connect to me in couple sessions.

Virtual therapy appears equally effective as in-person therapy for treating mental health needs.

We can meet Face-2-Face

Meet Face-2-Face in my practice at Kent St., Frankton, Hamilton.

This works well for couples living in Hamilton. If you live in Hamilton, and we have COVID Level 2 or below, this is an option.

Please wear face-masks if Hamilton is at level 2, or above, at the time we meet.

Meeting by phone works really well. Phone meetings can help you to really focus on the issues and the dialog and not be distracted by anything.

Phone sessions can take place in your car, for privacy, or just about anywhere. It seems low-tech, and it is, but it works very well.

I’ll txt you to let you know I am ready, just before our scheduled meeting time. Then you call me to begin as soon as you are ready.

In some ways phone meetings are better than Face2Face.

You can put your mobile phone on speakerphone. That works well if you are in the same room.

Phone session on a 3-way Call

If you are in different cities, a 3-way phone call works well. You make the call on your Smartphone. Call your partner, then call me.

Couple Communication Help

To start a 3-way call on most smartphones:

  1. Call the first phone number and wait for your partner to answer.
  2. Tap Add call.
  3. Call the second person (that’s me). Note: Your partner call will be put on hold.
  4. Tap Merge to begin your 3-way Couple-Relationship Session.

Meeting via Zoom can be helpful. It saves you travel time. You can both be in different cities and still meet with me.
