These two FD (Full Disclosure) workbooks are there for you to borrow too, if you are going through a full disclosure process. One workbook is for the ‘sharer of truth’. The other workbook is for ‘the receiver of truth’. Each partner has a different workbook.

The Practice Library
The workbooks are on loan. Do not write in them. Other couples will use them after you. There is a small weekly fee: $5 per book for the first week, then ($8 weekly) for borrowing a book for more than 7 days (weeks 2 & 3). Books not returned within 21 days will then incur an additional full replacement fee.

Janice Caudill is a family psychologist in McKinney, Texas. She is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Supervisor, a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist Supervisor, a Certified Partner Recovery Therapist, a Sexual Recovery Therapist, an Intimacy Anorexia Therapist, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and is EMDR trained.
Janice is the founder and clinical director of McKinney Counseling & Recovery, Intensive Recovery Healing, and Intensive Recovery Coaching. She specializes in helping individuals and couples heal from sex addiction, partner betrayal trauma, and intimacy anorexia in traditional and intensive therapy formats. The span of her professional career has focused largely on her passion for healing shock and attachment trauma in children and adults experiencing abuse, combat veterans, and those dealing the impact of other developmental or physical traumas.

Dan Drake

Dan Drake is a licensed therapist in Los Angeles, California. He is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Supervisor, a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist Supervisor, and he is EMDR trained. He has received two masters degrees from Fuller Theological seminary in Marital and Family Therapy and in Theology.
Dan uses his training and specializations to treat sex addicts, their Partners, and families in his group practice. In addition to his clinical background, he has taught and spoken domestically and internationally. His passion is to help his clients restore relational, mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wholeness to their lives.
